What's SUP?
“SUP” or Stand Up Paddle Boarding is one of the fastest growing water sports ever and its easy to see why. It is so much fun and easy to learn and with an introduction to SUP lesson your progress and stroke technique will improve rapidly. We operate on the sheltered, calm waters of the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, this environment is perfect for a safe SUP experience for the new learner in a corner of the beautiful Brecon Beacons National park surrounded by wildlife and fresh air. It's a great place to learn and explore this inland waterway.
